Job Description

Based at Bruce House, Arbroath, within the estates management section, working 18.125 hours per week - actual working hours arrangement negotiable, you will assist in the processing of invoices, administration of water consumption, environmental surveys and in the preparation of presentations, as well as carrying out general office duties including word processing, photocopying and maintaining general files.
 
This job is temporary until no later than 31 March 2012.


Requirements

You must have experience of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint, which will be tested at interview. Good oral and written communication and numeracy skills and the ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team are essential.

You will have ‘O’/Standard Grades in English and Mathematics or equivalent and experience of working in an office environment. A European Computer Driving Licence award, experience of invoice procedures, good customer care skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision are desirable.

This job will involve assisting with environmental surveys, therefore you must be able to work at heights and in confined spaces as well as wear respiratory protective equipment.

A full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
